The first Lecture Exam is now behind us - but there is always room for improvement! It is important that you grasp the concepts presented in that exam. I do believe that many of you have an understanding of the general concepts that you were tested on, but for a variety of reasons - that understanding was not represented well enough in some of your responses.
This assignment is designed to have you gain a better understanding of the material presented on Lecture Exam #1, and to help identify how you might find additional ways to demonstrate your efforts and understanding for the next exam. In some cases this may mean learning how to identify what is expected and how to respond to certain questions. I encourage you to meet with me to find out what could have strengthened the responses for which you did not receive full credit (it doesn't take long - catch me during lab or office hours)
Using the Lecture Exam #1 Response Form at the back of your lab manual, summarize each question that you missed on the exam - AND summarize an answer for each of those questions. Please note that there isn't much space provided - I'm not looking for a long written response - just some notes to yourself, regarding what you could have included to get full credit for the question.. Additionally, for each question you address on the form, indicate if it (or a closely related question) was also included as a question for a Lecture Quiz. This assignment may only be submitted on the form in your lab manual.
There will be no partial credit. You will get either 20 points, or you get nothing. To earn 20 points, communicate in complete sentences(where possible) and be sure that your responses are clear, accurate and easy to understand.
